| Uwharrie Farms is
a small family run horse farm with full facilities including a round
pen and an outdoor arena to train your own horse or bring in your
trainer. Our barn has room for eight horses, so we will never get
too big. Our boarding facility has been approved by the
United States Equine
Rescue League. A 12x12 grooming stall is available for grooming and
bathing. There are
some intermediate trails within riding distance of the barn. You can spend the
day and even fish in our pond! Camping facilities closeby! The Banjo Creek Resort and Campground is less than 15 minutes from our facility. Located on 20 acres in the beautiful Uwharrie National Forest in Asheboro, North Carolina, Uwharrie Farms is about 20 minutes driving distance from over 30 miles of horse trails in the Uwharrie National Forest Equestrian Trail System.
